Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction of the buyer. If for any reason the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase order, he can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 15 days from the day he received the ordered products. Returned products must be delivered to a courier within 15 days from the date of receipt of the ordered Products.

Once we have received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, the buyer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return or, in the event that there has been a decrease in the value of the returned products, the buyer will receive an email communicating the amount deducted due to the damage. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
