RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our aim is to ensure complete satisfaction to the buyer. If for any reason the buyer is unsatisfied with the purchase order, the former may exercise its right of return, without penalty, within 15 days from the day when the products ordered are received. The products returned must be delivered to a shipping carrier within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Products ordered.
After we receive the return and checked that all the requirements are met, the buyer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, or, in case of a decrease in the value of the returned products occurred, the buyer will receive an e-mail communicating the amount subtracted due to the damage. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and within 15 days from date we received the product.
